Description

This black and white henna wildflower hex tile has the feel of a meadow caught at its best moment — tall, loose stems reaching upward, spiral-centered blooms opening at different heights, and tiny dot accents scattered through the composition like seeds drifting on a breeze. It’s botanically inspired but unmistakably hand-drawn, with the slightly organic imprecision that makes henna art feel alive rather than manufactured.

The flowers themselves are classic henna — each bloom built from layered petals with a tight spiral at the center, a motif that appears throughout Bridget Koonce’s body art work and translates beautifully to wood. The varying heights of the stems give the composition movement and a naturalistic quality, as though the flowers are actually growing rather than being arranged. Dotted accents punctuate the open spaces, adding texture without crowding.

There’s a freshness to this design that’s easy to love. This tile is UV printed on 1/8″ Baltic birch wood for a warm, natural finish that makes the colors pop. The back is engraved with the HexWallTiles website. It comes as a standalone tile — you can use sticky tack to apply it directly to your wall, or pair it with one of our hexagon frames for a more finished look. Frames, necklaces, and all other hexagon accessories are sold separately.
