Processing time: All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping: We currently ship within the United States only. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times: Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Free shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $40.
Delays: HexWallTiles is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help.
Damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will make it right.
