We want you to love your HexWallTiles. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.
Standard orders: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Custom orders: All custom tiles — including personalized designs, custom artwork, and made-to-order items — are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Please review your custom order details carefully before submitting.
Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement at no charge.
Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
To start a return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without first contacting us.
