This Today Is a Good Day floral hex tile does something rare — it makes you smile before you’ve even finished reading it. “Today is a good day to have a good day” is written in flowing script at the center, surrounded by a loose, joyful gathering of hand-drawn flowers in red, magenta, blue, and purple, connected by delicate black botanical vine work. Each bloom is its own character: a bold red spiral rose, a bright pink daisy, a detailed blue sunflower, a purple lotus peeking in at the bottom.

This is original artwork by Bridget Koonce, and the design perfectly captures the cheerful, slightly irreverent warmth that runs through all of her work. The message is simple on purpose — it doesn’t try to be profound, it just tries to be true. And it is. Every day actually is a good day to have a good day. The mix of black botanical line work with pops of saturated color gives the piece a fresh, handmade quality that feels personal rather than mass-produced.

This tile is UV printed on 1/8″ Baltic birch wood for a warm, natural finish that makes the colors pop. The back is engraved with the HexWallTiles website.
