Description
This black and white henna floral hex tile feels like a little garden party happening right on your wall. Five spiral-centered blooms cluster together in a loose, joyful bouquet, surrounded by a bold scalloped leaf, flowing tendrils, and curling vines that give the whole arrangement a sense of easy movement. The hexagonal border is lined with evenly spaced dots — a classic henna detail that frames the design like a tiny, handcrafted fence around something worth protecting.
Every element here comes straight from the henna tradition: the spiral flower centers, the dot-work borders, the way the vines curl with just enough intention to feel hand-placed rather than printed. Because they were — this design was drawn by Bridget Koonce, whose henna work at markets and festivals has always centered on florals exactly like these. The tile is where that same craft lands permanently.
There’s something inherently cheerful about this design. It doesn’t take itself too seriously, which makes it incredibly easy to live with. It works in a kitchen, a bathroom, a nursery, a studio — anywhere that could use a little bloom without a lot of fuss.
Pair it with other designs from our Henna collection to build a wall full of handcrafted detail, or let it stand alone as a sweet, simple accent. Either way, it earns its spot.
This tile is UV printed on 1/8″ Baltic birch wood for a warm, natural finish that makes the colors pop. The back is engraved with the HexWallTiles website. It comes as a standalone tile — you can use sticky tack to apply it directly to your wall, or pair it with one of our hexagon frames for a more finished look. Frames, necklaces, and all other hexagon accessories are sold separately.
Wondering where to hang it? HexWallTiles work beautifully in a home office, bedroom, or living room. Hang a single tile as a standalone statement piece, cluster several together for a gallery wall effect, or wind them down a hallway for something truly unexpected. The hex shape means every arrangement looks intentional — there are no wrong choices.
Made in small batches from natural materials here in Springfield, Missouri. Please allow for slight variation between tiles — that’s part of what makes each one unique and handmade.
Sizes available: 1.5″, 3″, 6″, and 12″ width.
